Rebecca Elliott, Board Chair. Rebecca is an author, lecturer, yoga practitioner, and sun worshipper. A native of San Francisco, she provides business and life coaching services through her private practice, Elliott Coaching. With a Bachelors in Business Administration and a Masters in Consciousness Studies, Rebecca brings 15 years of corporate experience in marketing, sales, and business development. She seeks to help steer to the organization to best serve our communities and build a far-reaching resource. |

Paul Rubio, Director. Paul is a clay mason, specializing in wheel-throwing and crafting pieces that awaken our hearts to our primitive ancestry and relationship with animals. He is a descendant of the Yaqui people and was adopted into the Lakota tribe. Daniel Foor, Founder, Interim Executive Director. Daniel is a practitioner of earth-honoring spirituality in the S.F. Bay Area. He leads trainings and rituals to engage the ancestors and the natural/elemental worlds with the intent of embodying our personal destiny and gifts in service to the Earth and life. Ifagbemi Faseye, Director. Ifagbemi is the founder and head priest of the Faseye Institute for the Study of Nature and has served as a healer and diviner of Indigenous traditions for over 15 years. He is initiated into three priesthoods within the Ifa system; the priesthood of Ifa (Babalawo), Obatala, and Osun. Baba Ifagbemi goal’s in founding the Faseye Institute in Seattle, WA is to foster life affirming practices that assist clients and godchildren worldwide by integrating various aspects of the sacred science of Ifa into their day-to-day lives. Megan Carroll, Director. Megan has a private business consulting and law practice. She has a Bachelors Degree in Natural History and has been active in various environmental and spiritual groups throughout her adult life. She has been a student of various forms of meditation, energy healing techniques, shamanism and numerous spiritual and religious traditions and ways of life. She most recently completed the Feminine Power Mastery Program. In addition to her law practice, Megan provides personal coaching and counseling services. |

Jeff McElwain, Board Secretary. Jeff works as a physician assistant in a community health center in southwestern Colorado and sees on a daily basis the effect of spiritual health on physical health. He has a life-long interest in the natural world and offers earth-honoring ceremonies in and around Durango, Colorado. Jeff is honored to serve on the Alliance board and feels that he has come home in finding the kindred souls involved in this organization. Yeye Luisah Teish delivered the keynote address at our 2012 conference "Celebrating Ancestral Wisdom". Yeye is an author, storyteller, and priestess of the Ifá/Orisha faith of Yoruba-speaking West Africa and the African Diaspora and founder of the School of Ancient Mysteries and Sacred Arts Center in Oakland, CA.
At our 2012 conference "Celebrating Ancestral Wisdom" representatives of four earth-honoring paths participated in an interfaith panel on the topic of ancestor reverence. Presenters included Awo Ifagbemi (Ifa/Orisha tradition), Hua Anwa (Red Road, Native ways), Chandra Alexandre (Shakta Tantra), and T Thorn Coyle (European Pagan ways).
