Daniel Foor, Interim Executive Director, Founder. Daniel is a practitioner of earth-honoring spirituality in the S.F. Bay Area. He leads trainings and rituals to engage the ancestors and the natural/elemental worlds with the intent of embodying our personal destiny and gifts in service to the Earth and life. Elaine Gast Fawcett, Director, Voices of the Earth. As a professional writer and consultant through her firm www.FourWindsWriting.com, Elaine helps non-profits, grantmakers and socially conscious companies tell their story and market their mission. She also helps coaches, healers and health practitioners magnetize their online message to attract new clients (www.RealResultsWriting.com). Elaine holds a M.S. in Professional Writing from Towson University in Baltimore and a Certificate in Nonfiction from Charles University in Prague. Victor Ibarra, Tech. Specialist, Voices of the Earth. Victor has been engaging in earth honoring traditions since 2005. He is a Burning Man attendee of 7 years, a flow artist, amateur photographer, and fire dancer. He is a tech specialist and co-leader with the Voices of the Earth Project where he is honored to help ceremonial elders and teachers to reach a wider audience. Victor strives to engage in practices that enable full openness, expression, and love. |

Lydia Ridgway, Chief Financial Officer. Lydia is a CPA and has practiced corporate tax in the high-tech companies situated in Silicon Valley for the past 25 years. She is a Chinese descendent and has been practicing Vipassana meditation in Buddhism tradition for the past 20 years. Growing up in Taiwan with strong ancestor worship ceremony practice, Lydia firmly believes in the value of the earth- and ancestor-honoring rituals will heal and strengthen our human connectivity with this world and beyond. |

Paula Estrada, Marketing Coordinator. Paula is a Healing Arts Practitioner with an MBA and background in organizational development. Her spiritual training has been in the form of guidance from dreams, work with the ancestors (inc. her Mescalero Apache heritage) and spirit guides, and learning from living elders. Paula believes that sharing what we love is also an opportunity for us to cultivate community, and she is honored to contribute in the weaving of Earth Medicine Alliance’s vision. Yeye Luisah Teish delivered the keynote address at our 2012 conference "Celebrating Ancestral Wisdom". Yeye is an author, storyteller, and priestess of the Ifá/Orisha faith of Yoruba-speaking West Africa and the African Diaspora and founder of the School of Ancient Mysteries and Sacred Arts Center in Oakland, CA.
At our 2012 conference "Celebrating Ancestral Wisdom" representatives of four earth-honoring paths participated in an interfaith panel on the topic of ancestor reverence. Presenters included Awo Ifagbemi (Ifa/Orisha tradition), Hua Anwa (Red Road, Native ways), Chandra Alexandre (Shakta Tantra), and T Thorn Coyle (European Pagan ways).
